From Vision to National Development

DNC is a Zambian owned development company advancing long term national growth through disciplined execution across priority sectors. We are driven by a belief that Zambia’s development must be locally grounded, professionally delivered, and anchored in shared economic value.

Founded by Zambians with deep local roots and international experience, DNC brings together private sector expertise. Our mission is to design and deliver investable projects across energy, responsible mining, and productive systems that strengthen institutions and support national development.

Our work is coordinated from Zambia and the United Kingdom, reflecting a structure that combines local presence with standards. Through project preparation, institutional alignment, and long term partnerships, we focus on building infrastructure, platforms, and models that attract capital, enable execution, and ensure that the benefits of growth are retained locally and sustained over time.

Looking Ahead

DNC is building toward national scale platforms that connect Zambia’s natural resources, energy potential, and productive assets to regional and global markets.
